Cryptosec Ltd. and its affiliates and subsidiaries (“Cryptosec”) have an internal recruiting team. Cryptosec may occasionally supplement our recruitment efforts with the assistance of staffing agencies, placement services, and professional recruiters (“Agency”).
To protect the interests of all parties, Cryptosec will not accept unsolicited resumes from any source other than directly from a candidate. Any unsolicited resumes sent to Cryptosec, including unsolicited resumes sent to any of Cryptosec mailing addresses, email addresses, directly to Cryptosec coworkers, or to Cryptosec’s database will be considered Cryptosec property. Cyptosec will NOT pay a fee for any placement resulting from the receipt of an unsolicited resume. Cryptosec will consider any candidate for whom an Agency has submitted an unsolicited resume to have been referred by the Agency free of any charges or fees.
Agency must obtain advance written approval from Cryptosec to submit resumes, and then only in conjunction with a valid fully executed placement agreement and assignment letter. Cryptosec will not pay a fee to any Agency that does not have such agreement in place.
